This page explains what information this website collects when you visit, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers only this website — not the care you receive at our clinic, which is protected separately under federal health-privacy law (HIPAA).
Analytics, with your consent
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, the general area a visit comes from (city level), the type of device and browser, and which links are used — for example tap-to-call or booking links. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell returning visitors apart. Nothing is collected until you choose “Accept” on the cookie notice; if you decline, no analytics run and no analytics cookies are set, and the site works exactly the same. We use this information only to improve the site. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can read how Google handles this data in the Google privacy policy.
What this website never collects
Browsing this site never asks for — and never records — your health information. No medical records, appointment details, symptoms, or insurance information pass through this website. Calling, texting, or emailing us happens in your own phone or email app, not on this site.
Booking, forms, and the patient portal
Some links take you to services run by other companies, each with its own privacy policy: the patient portal and appointment scheduling run on SimplePractice, and new-patient and refill request forms run on Google Forms, hosted on the practice’s Google Workspace account. Information you submit there goes to our clinical staff and is handled as protected health information — it never flows back into this website or into analytics.
